Your information

Privacy

This notice describes the information handled by the ThinkMessy early access website. A separate notice will explain personal workspaces when that product becomes available.

What you share

The waitlist collects your email address, the page or form where you joined, registration timestamps and your optional marketing preference. We keep email confirmation status, a hashed temporary confirmation token, and timestamps recording marketing consent or unsubscribe requests.

Contact, investor and support forms collect your name, email address, selected topic and message. Investor inquiries may also include the organization, website and investment perspective you choose to provide. Please leave out passwords and payment details.

The interactive preview

Text you enter into the product preview is processed in your browser. It is not sent to an AI service or saved as a personal workspace by this website. Closing the preview clears that preview session.

How messages are routed

General inquiries, partnerships, research, press and waitlist conversations use hello@thinkmessy.com. Investment and funding inquiries use investors@thinkmessy.com. Support, account help, privacy and security requests use support@thinkmessy.com.

Waitlist and marketing choices

Email confirmation and welcome messages help us manage your early access request. Research updates, product announcements and launch marketing require a separate optional choice and a confirmed email address.

Marketing messages include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops those marketing messages and cancels queued marketing emails. Your early access registration remains active. We check the current preference again before sending a queued campaign.

Storage and email delivery

Registrations, inquiries and email queue records are stored in private server storage on Hostinger. Email records include the intended destination, message content, delivery attempts, provider acceptance status and any delivery issue. Failed email delivery does not erase the original inquiry.

The website uses Hostinger for email delivery. If an alternative delivery provider is configured, this notice will be updated. The delivery service receives the email address and message content needed to deliver each email. An accepted sending request does not by itself establish arrival in the recipient's inbox.

The website uses a short-lived, hashed request identifier to limit repeated form submissions. We do not store the raw IP address in the registration tables. Signed unsubscribe links allow recipients to update their marketing preference without sharing a password.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not add advertising cookies or a third-party analytics script. A secure, HttpOnly cookie is used only for the owner administration session, which expires after one hour. The hosting platform may use cookies required to protect or provide access to the website. Preview interactions are held in memory while you use them.

Retention and your choices

We keep early access information while needed to manage invitations, and inquiries and email records while needed to handle the conversation and delivery. You can request access, correction or deletion through Privacy requests or email support@thinkmessy.com. Use the email address associated with your request.

Changes and questions

We may update this notice as the product develops. The date above identifies this version. For general questions, contact ThinkMessy. For privacy and security matters, contact support.
